We want to create an engaging experience for your child in a safe, secure environment. Therefore, we have put a few policies and procedures in place to ensure your child’s safety and care.

When you arrive, you and your child will receive a corresponding numbered security tag at our Concierge Check-In Center. You must present this security tag in order to pick up your child after the service – no exceptions.  We also use the security tag number to page you should your child need assistance during the service. The number will appear on the bottom of the screens in the main service.

The first time your child attends one of our children’s ministry environments, you will be asked to complete a short registration card. A card must be filled out for each child in order to maintain a safe and secure environment. If you would like to pre-register online to avoid filling out paperwork on Sunday, click here. Be assured that the incredible volunteers serving your children have all been carefully trained and screened (criminal background check, reference checks, etc.) to provide the safest environment possible. Windows are in every classroom door for added protection, and church staff monitor classrooms both before, during and after service to ensure the safety of every child.

As a first time guest, remember to arrive a few minutes early to have plenty of time to complete the registration information and check-in process with your child, or you can pre-register online to avoid filling out paperwork on Sunday by clicking here. If you wish to have a tour of our children’s ministry environments, a brief one will be provided by a member of our concierge team.

Don’t forget to label all your child’s belongings. We prefer you not send personal toys with your child as these can easily be forgotten or misplaced.
